The DARE2X project hosted an engaging roundtable webinar moderated by Inês Jordão, Specialist at the Energy Materials Group of the Danish Technological Institute. The virtual event, held on December 13th brought together experts and stakeholders to delve into the latest developments in Power-to-X (P2X) technologies and explored the potential of P2X solutions in reshaping the energy landscape and accelerating Europe’s transition toward net-zero emissions.
Jérôme Barrau (Project Coordinator at SOLARX) participated in the experts panel together with Christoffer Mølleskov (Project Coordinator at DARE2X), Hermenegildo Garcia (Project Researcher at MOF2H2) and Francisco Vidal (Associated Partner at UP-TO-ME) Each expert shared valuable insights based on their groundbreaking research in the application possibilities of P2X, developed within the framework of four HorizonEU projects.
The clustered projects joined the roundtable and contributed their insightful perspectives about P2X solutions such as Power-to-Gas and Power-to-Liquid, which offer sustainable alternatives to traditional chemicals and fuel production methods. More than 40 participants, including interested observers, academics, students, and professionals, actively engaged in the dialogue, posing questions and gaining unique insights into the energy efficiency and commercial value of P2X.
